Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Emerald Packs website and your purchase of Emerald Packs products. By using this site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
The products
Emerald Packs sells repackaged (“repack”) products containing authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game cards sourced from the secondary market. Products are organized into ranks (Diamond, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald), each with a published master list and fixed target odds. Contents are randomized: the published odds and master lists describe the pool a rank is drawn from — they are not a guarantee of any specific card.
No affiliation
Emerald Packs is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. “Pokémon” and all related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Every card we sell is an authentic, previously released product that we repackage.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing randomized trading-card products is lawful where you live.
Orders, pricing & payment
Orders are arranged directly with us (for example, by email). Prices, availability, and master lists may change at any time without notice. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, all sales are final.
Randomized contents; no guarantee of value
Because contents are randomized, you may not receive the highest-value cards shown for a rank, and the cards you receive may be worth less than the purchase price. We make no representation or guarantee regarding resale value, investment return, or profit. You purchase for entertainment and collecting and accept the inherent randomness.
Shipping & risk of loss
We currently ship within the United States and parts of Latin America; other regions by arrangement. Report a damaged shipment within 7 days of delivery, with photos, for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Emerald Packs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
